The Doneraile Arts Festival and Plein Air 2026 will take place over four days from Thursday, 25th June to Sunday, 28th June.
Since 2019, this annual event has been held in the heritage town of Doneraile, featuring the renowned Doneraile Wildlife Park and the unique Annes Grove Gardens in County Cork.
Festival highlights include:
- Opportunities to hear professional artists discuss their approaches to painting.
- Plein Air competitions offering a top prize of €1,000.
- A Junior Plein Air competition for young artists under 15 years old.
- Workshops led by experienced artists covering acrylics, oil and watercolour techniques.
- Craft workshops, including willow weaving and botanical plaster art.
- Music and entertainment, featuring Art for the Heart Doneraile Street Performers.
